Cancellation and Refunds

To request cancellation of the purchase of an experience you must send an email to informing the reason for cancellation. After the maximum deadline of 72h we will return and confirm the cancellation by email. The amount of refund will depend on the date the cancellation was requested. In certain cases, a full refund will be given.
