In this experience you will spend a morning in the house of D. Luiza preparing an authentic Panelada (Dobradinha e Mocotó), a dish of northeastern origin and specialty of the hostess, who believes that we should all learn to cook to feed ourselves well. She will tell you a little about how she arrived in Rio and Providência, explaining to you what each seasoning and ingredient of the recipe is, while telling the origin of the dish and a bit of how to cook independently. While your Panelada cooks, you can have some coffee and know a little more about this guardian. The experience ends with the lunch itself, in which you will eat your creation around a table with D. Luiza and her family.
